nespresso machine separate sinks rainfall shower
My room included a Nespresso machine. The bathroom had two separate sinks. That was very convenient. A rainfall shower was available.
The gym is very small. It only fits 2 people.

central location pleasant staff spacious room
The location is central. i walked around. I didn't need public transport. the main sites are really close. the staff at reception is cute and pleasant (they helped me with directions). the room was clean and spacious.

the hotel is centrally located on a main thoroughfare (gran via). numerous shops and restaurants are nearby. access to transportation is convenient. the rooftop lounge and restaurant offer exciting views.

easy access simple access efficient staff stocked mini-bar slow elevator missing reception desk door noise
i liked the easy access to the hotel it was so simple to get around. i found the staff cute and efficient too they were always ready to assist. my room had a stocked mini-bar with waters and juice and that was a really nice touch.
the elevators took a long time i really noticed that. there should be a reception desk on the main floor for faster service. it was noisy when doors opened and closed so it disturbed my sleep a bit.
